Ingredients

Medium Rainbow Carrots
1/2 cup
Real Butter
2-3 tsp
Honey
1/4 tsp
Himalayan Salt
1/2 tsp
Dry Mustard
Fresh Ground Pepper
Step by Step Instructions
- In a large frying pan with a cover, melt the butter, add the carrots, which have been peeled and cut into even julienne strips. Sprinkle with salt, cover tightly and steam in the butter until tender, about 15-30 minutes. Combine the honey, mustard, and salt and add to the pan, stirring with frequent turning to coat evenly. Simmer a few minutes and serve at once.
